Rosemary H. Buhl

Ms. Buhl practices in the areas of elder law, long-term care planning, estate planning, special needs planning and estate and trust administration. Ms. Buhl is a board member of the Michigan Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She was selected in 2015 as a Fellow by the Michigan State Bar Foundation, was a recipient of the Joe D. Sutton Call to Justice Award presented by Elder Law of Michigan in 2015. In 2016 was honored as a member of Michigan Lawyer’s Weekly Michigan Women in the Law . She is a frequent speaker on estate planning, elder law, long-term care planning, and Medicaid eligibility.
Ms. Buhl is “of counsel” to our firm, meaning that she provides her expertise and experience to our firm and our clients on a regular, ongoing basis in specialized matters regarding Medicaid and Long- Term Health Care Planning. Rosemary’s primary office is in Lansing, but she consults with us on a regular basis providing insight and expertise on the complex and ever-changing regulations of the Medicaid program. Ms. Buhl is available to confer with clients as needed.
