Legal Assistant/Paralegal – Level 1

Legal Assistant/Paralegal for small law firm specializing in business law, elder law, probate and estate planning/estate and trust administration. Preference shall be given to those with a prior law office experience, particularly in the area of document preparation, and elder law/estate planning and administration. This position may be structured as full or part time.

Qualified candidates will be organized, have good phone etiquette, able to work independently and in a team environment, proficient in Microsoft Office, use a high degree of attention to detail, communicate with attorneys, clients and co-workers in a pleasant and efficient manner and are able to multitask in a deadline driven and fast-paced environment.

Client Care Specialist

You’ll provide information to prospective clients regarding our services and gather information about their matter, manage new client onboarding and data entry, and book and manage appointments. You will handle most communication with clients and relay information between clients and legal professionals. You will also handle communication with vendors, other professional service providers and the public. In addition, you would be responsible for overseeing general office maintenance and clerical matters.
