In charge of all law office processes and systems related to the maintenance of physical and electronic files related to clients, calendar system, and phone system. The job requires an understanding of the “workflow” processes on each practice area to monitor the status of cases and directly handle or oversee procedures for file opening, closing, case inventory and calendaring of tasks. Responsibility for maintaining schedules, calendars, and phone procedures. Must have good communication skills and be comfortable with electronic calendar and case management software, phones and other technology. Strong attention to detail required.
